The beach access was exceptional during our stay.

Unfortunately, the pool guard treated my husband accusatively, questioning if he brought his own alcohol when it was purchased from their own bar. This awkward confrontation left a bad taste in our mouths, especially during New Year's celebrations. Additionally, the room had a corner that smelled of urine, which was quite disappointing for a hotel that seemed promising.

this trip was really a letdown. First, the pool guard accused my husband of sneaking in alcohol when he bought it from their bar—talk about a warm welcome. Also, I woudl ve expected some complimentary gesture for our troubles, but apparently, that's not their norm. I almost gave a good review, but I just couldn’t.

The Westin provided a lovely experience with easy access from the airport. The staff was notably helpful during my stay, addressing an issue with my room within minutes. The views from my room were stunning, and I appreciated the abundance of shopping options available in the lobby, although I opted for K Mart for better prices. The parking garage was spacious, offering complimentary self-parking.

Some areas could benefit from modernization.

We enjoyed the beachfront access, just steps away from the ocean. The kids loved the two outdoor pools with stunning views. The Deluxe Room with Ocean View was a real treat, providing a comfortable stay.
